Bison Spirit Ranch – Garnet and Nora Gompf head up the three-generation ranching family that supply our exceptional bison. Nora and Garnet have been raising pure quality bison since 1997 on the hills of the Assiniboine Valley. Their Bison Spirit Ranch is close to Oak Lake, Manitoba; about an hour west of Brandon. Enjoy this bison – it’s lean, fantastic tasting, and naturally raised! Did you know we use it in our Corned Bison Reuben sandwich on our lunch menu?

Organic Blonde d’Aquitaine Beef

Triple C Beef – Debbie and John Carlisle are the proud owners of Triple C Beef, one of the oldest registered brands in the province. John and Debbie raise organic Blonde d’Aquitaine beef on their farm south of Brandon, just off Hwy. 10. Blonde d’Aquitaine is a heritage breed that originated in southwestern France and is renowned for their lean, well-marbled meat and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness!

Naturally Raised Berkshire Pork

Prairie Berkshire – Mark Hadway raises this distinctive heritage breed of pork near Dauphin, Manitoba. Berkshires are noted for their juicy, flavourful taste that has customers renewing an appreciation for pork! Prairie Berkshire recently won an award at the 2007 Rural Forum. We serve it a number of ways – as chops, roasts, medallions, and also in the Berkshire Ham and Pineapple pizza!

Naturally Raised Lamb

Lamb from Uncle Julian & Auntie Jean – Farm-raised food does not get any closer to home! Uncle Julian and Auntie Jean look after a flock of sheep on the Warwaruk family homestead, just two miles north of where the Luxsolé boys grew up, south of Erickson. They use over fifty years of personal livestock experience and time-honoured farming traditions handed down through the generations of farmers in our family to raise the succulent lamb you will enjoy at Luxsolé!
